Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and grease a 9-inch round cake pan
Mash the bananas in a big bowl
Vanilla extract, maple syrup, almond milk, and coconut oil should all be added
Mix well
Mix in the salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour
Dont mix any further than that
Add the chocolate chips and mix them in
After getting the pan ready, pour the batter into it and smooth the top
Put it in the oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan
