A quick and flavorful keto-friendly dish made with cauliflower rice and aromatic Indian spices.
Ingredients:
- 1 head cauliflower, grated
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish optional
Instructions:
Warm up a big pan with coconut oil over medium-low heat
Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion
Saut until the onions are soft
Curry powder, turmeric powder, and cumin powder should all be mixed in
Cook, stirring every now and then, for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cauliflower is soft
Add pepper and salt to taste
If you want, add fresh cilantro as a garnish before serving
