These butterscotch pudding popsicles are a creamy and indulgent treat perfect for hot summer days. The rich flavor of butterscotch combined with the creamy texture makes for a delightful frozen dessert.
Ingredients:
- 1 package butterscotch pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Popsicle molds
Instructions:
Put the milk, heavy cream, butterscotch pudding mix, and brown sugar in a saucepan
Stir the mixture all the time over medium-low heat until it gets thick
Now take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract
Allow the mixture to cool a little
Place the mix into popsicle molds
Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm
Run popsicles under warm water for a few seconds to get them out of the molds
