The outside of these Southern-fried salmon patties is crunchy, and the inside is soft. Because they have salmon, spices, and green onions, they are full of flavor and make a great meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless, deboned, flaked
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
