This Crock Pot Pulled Pork recipe delivers tender, flavorful pork with minimal effort. Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork shoulder, trimmed of excess fat
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put chicken broth, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Mix the ingredients together

Put the pork shoulder in the crock pot

Cover the pork with the sauce mix

Put the lid on top and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 6 hours, until the pork is soft and flaky

Use two forks to shred the pork after its done cooking

In a slow cooker, mix the sauce with the shreds of pork
