Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 oz white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water adjust for desired consistency
Instructions:
In a food processor, combine white beans, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and salt
